        Hello L ChinasStempelkollektor,

the letter had been addressed to a person in the small Austrian village of ROEDLEITEN. There didn't exist an own post office in these days so it furthermore was addressed to POST (Post office) AMPFLWANG in the district (Bez. = Bezirk) VÖCKLABRUCK (part of Oberösterreich).

During WW II Austria was part of Germany, so all (formerly Austrian) troops were part of the German Military (Wehrmacht). For the exact numbers and units you better should consult other sources, not only a philatelic forum.
You can try this, but it's all in German: http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/...Bundesheer.htm

        Kind regards,
        Peter
