what I said: there could have been diverent reasons for the delay of 2 days, specially it was a flightpost.
The exitstamps date 13.Apri is the date leaving Wien-airport.
In April middeleuropian wetherconditions are mostly stormy and heavy rain. The flight Wien-> Hannover had to pass high mountains.
..or the machine wasn't ok and delayed...what ever...
There are examples for the same "Sonderstempel" leaving Wien at 11.April (but not direction Germany). Coudn't find one yet dated 10.April or 12.April.
May be someone else here in Forum does.

An das Forum: würde mich jetzt schon interessieren, ob es Flugpost-Belege nach Deutschland vom 11. und 12.April gibt.

Question Nr.2 (second letter): these two time stamps are often to find (collectors fun) only the last stamp (10.April) is
important for regular sending. Good luck for this letter not beeing send by flightpost, but regulary.
It reached faster than your fist example.
